How much is Shipping?
Shipping within the United States is $4.99 flat rate. Orders over $30 being shipped within the US are eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates to other countries will be calculated at checkout.

What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us immediately. We will gladly accept returns and issue you a full refund. Products must be in their original condition including the packaging and container to qualify for a refund. Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery date for instructions. We must receive the products before we can process a refund.

How can I get an Exchange?
We will replace any item that may have gotten damaged during shipping. Contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Please email us a photo of the damaged item to qualify for exchange. If you have a damaged item please contact customer service and we will get it resolved immediately!

USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. It’s great to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime!
