HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping within the United States is $4.99 flat rate. Orders over $30 being shipped within the US are eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates to other countries will be calculated at checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our products usually ship within 1-2 Business days. Once it has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Domestic orders should arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders may take 10-21 business days. During promotions or a new launch, shipping could take a longer due to high order volume. Most orders are sent via USPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may be subject to additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and other related charges for importing products from the USA.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING...
USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages can be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. It’s great to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime! Contact us if you have still not received your order 3 days after your delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know. We will gladly accept returns and issue you a full refund. Products must be in their original condition including the packaging and container to qualify for a refund. Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery date for instructions. The refund process will begin once we receive the product back.
HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?
We will replace any item that may have gotten damaged during shipping. Contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Please email us a photo of the damaged item to qualify for exchange, we'll get it resolved.
